About the Job

Creative Circle is seeking a proficient freelance copywriter to join our health and wellness eCommerce client, who possesses substantial experience in eCommerce and retail writing. This role is part-time and fully remote, requiring approximately 20 hours of work per week for the initial three months, with the potential for extension depending on performance and business needs.  To facilitate onboarding and acclimatization, the workload may be lessened during the first one to two weeks.

The ideal candidate is a versatile writer with a strong background in social media copy, CRM (including emails, SMS, and push notifications), and eCommerce content. They should have the ability to transform brand messaging into engaging text that resonates with both B2B and B2C audiences and prompts action. This role demands a strategic mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and enhance marketing content that reflects the brand’s voice for various platforms, including websites, social media, banners, sponsored ads, push notifications, emails, and SMS campaigns.
• Focus on consumer email communications during peak periods to boost engagement, conversions, and retention.
• Ensure that the copy is tailored for both B2B and B2C audiences, prioritizing conversion rates and SEO.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create a unified brand voice and synchronize communications across all channels.
• To uphold the highest quality standards, assess, revise, and refine both peer-generated and original content.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations for creative advertising strategies while sharing knowledge related to eCommerce.
• Stay updated with the most recent trends in the health and wellness industry to ensure your writing remains captivating, engaging, and pertinent.
• Assist in developing A/B testing for landing page content, social media posts, and email subject lines to enhance performance.Conditions
• A minimum of three years of experience in copywriting, ideally within an agency or an online retail environment.
• Demonstrated experience in writing eCommerce copy, with a focus on the retail, wellness, and health sectors.
• A proven history of producing conversion-driven, SEO-oriented content that yields measurable results
• A portfolio showcasing previous work is required, along with experience in creating content for CRM and email marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional skills in editing, spelling, and punctuation, along with the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
