About the Role

We are seeking experienced Software Engineer  jobs to join our frontend development team. This role supports remote work across the US or a hybrid position at our Palo Alto, CA office.

You will play a key role in designing and building innovative client-facing features, improving platform infrastructure, and working closely with backend, mobile engineers, designers, and product managers. This position gives you the opportunity to make a direct impact on client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Use our in-house Design System components to create and improve client-facing online features.

• Work together with product managers, designers, mobile engineers, and backend developers.

• Optimize the speed, responsiveness, and dependability of your website.

• Investigate and fix operational problems to preserve system integrity.

• Support infrastructure initiatives that raise developer productivity and performance.

• Take part in hiring procedures, such as interviewing potential engineers.

• Encourage excellent development methods and mentor aspiring engineers.

• Encourage ongoing enhancements to delivery workflows, technologies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Two to six years of experience in engineering positions with a web focus.

• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript (native DOM APIs, ES5+ standards).

• Knowledge of at least one contemporary frontend framework, such as Angular, Vue, or React.

• Proficiency with server-side frameworks, such as Django, Express, and Ruby on Rails, is advantageous.

• Excellent understanding of custom components, responsive design, and CSS.

• Knowledge of automated testing, CI/CD, and test-driven development.

• A strong desire to complete tasks that have a quantifiable business impact.

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a similar discipline.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Range: Between $140,000 and $185,000 USD per year.
